How to Request Deletion of Your Data

1 What data this covers

A deletion request can cover the personal data ApKiShop holds about you, including:

• Account & profile data — your name, username, email, phone number, profile photo, and the settings and preferences tied to your account.
• Connected third-party accounts — when a vendor connects a third-party account (for example Google, Meta/Facebook, or TikTok) to see analytics inside ApKiShop, we store only the access tokens needed for that connection and the read-only ad and analytics figures for that vendor's own accounts. We never post on your behalf or change those accounts. Disconnecting in your dashboard removes the stored tokens for that integration.

Some records may be kept for a short period only where the law requires it (for example tax, billing or fraud-prevention records). Everything else is deleted or anonymised.

2 Delete it yourself from the dashboard

The fastest way is to do it yourself. You have two self-service options:

3 Ask us to delete it by email

If you cannot use the dashboard, or you would like us to handle it, you can ask us directly. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• the email address or username tied to your ApKiShop account, so we can find it;
• whether you want us to delete your whole account or only a specific connected integration (and which one); and
• any other detail that helps us identify the right account.

To protect you, we will verify your identity before deleting anything — for example by confirming the request from the email address on the account. This stops anyone else from deleting your data. There is no charge for a normal request.

4 How long it takes & confirmation

We will acknowledge your request within a few business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with the GDPR. If a request is unusually complex and needs more time, we will tell you. When the deletion is finished, we will confirm by email.

5 Revoking ApKiShop's access from the platform itself

If you connected a third-party account, you can also remove ApKiShop's access directly from that platform's own settings. Doing this stops any further data sharing with ApKiShop:

• Meta / Facebook & Instagram — Settings & privacy → Apps and websites.
• Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
• Snapchat — Settings → Connected Apps.

Revoking access on the platform stops new data from being shared. To also delete the data we have already stored, use the dashboard or email us as described above.

6 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over your personal data — and ApKiShop honours deletion requests from users anywhere in the world, regardless of location:

• EU & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR) — you have the right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), as well as rights to access, correct and object to processing of your data.
• California (CCPA / CPRA) — you have the right to know, access and delete the personal information we hold about you, and not to be discriminated against for exercising it.
